Strict. No exceptions.

Garhwal Rifles has specific recruitment criteria - district, age, physical standards. Not everyone qualifies even from Garhwal. The regiment is not automatic. It is earned through qualification. These exam windows are the qualification criteria. Age 10-12 for Class 6. Outside - not qualified for this entry. Earn the qualification within the window.
