Sainik School, RMS & RIMC Coaching in Kurnool
Here is something most people do not know about Kurnool.
This city was once the capital of Andhra Pradesh.
When Andhra State was formed in 1953 - separated from Madras State - Kurnool was chosen as its first capital. Before Hyderabad. Before the merger that created the larger Andhra Pradesh in 1956.
For three years - Kurnool was the seat of government for the Telugu-speaking state. The High Court was here. The Secretariat was here.
Then in 1956, when Andhra Pradesh was formed by merging Andhra State with the Telangana region of Hyderabad State, the capital moved to Hyderabad. Kurnool's brief capital status ended.
But that history is real. Kurnool was once where Andhra Pradesh's government sat.
And Kurnool is the Gateway to Rayalaseema - the drought-prone, historically significant region of southwestern Andhra Pradesh. The Tungabhadra river - the same river we have followed from Karnataka through Raichur and Hospet - flows past Kurnool on its way to join the Krishna.
And near Kurnool - the Belum Caves. The second-longest cave system in the Indian subcontinent. Natural limestone caves, formed over millennia by the Sinha Nadi stream. Stalactite and stalagmite formations. A specific underground world.
And the Alampur Navabrahma temples - a cluster of 8th-9th century Chalukyan temples dedicated to nine forms of Brahma, near the confluence of the Tungabhadra and Krishna rivers. These temples are on UNESCO's tentative World Heritage list.
Former capital of Andhra Pradesh. Belum Caves second-longest in subcontinent. Alampur Navabrahma temples. Tungabhadra-Krishna confluence. Rayalaseema gateway.
That is why we run Sainik School Coaching in Kurnool. Also RMS Coaching in Kurnool and RIMC Coaching in Kurnool. The city that was once Andhra Pradesh's capital - its children should hold positions of equal significance as officers. We train them for commission.
Kurnool today. Commercial hub for Rayalaseema. Agriculture - cotton, groundnut, sunflower in the drought-prone Rayalaseema belt. Government services. Tourism - Belum Caves, Alampur temples.
The Rayalaseema region has historically faced water scarcity and economic challenges compared to coastal Andhra. Educational infrastructure varies.
Andhra Pradesh has Sainik School Korukonda - Vizianagaram, in coastal north AP. Kurnool is in the south-west - significant distance.
Army officer path - underutilised. Rayalaseema agricultural and commercial families.

The Belum Caves formed over millennia. Water dripping. Limestone dissolving. Stalactites growing - millimetre by millimetre, year by year, over thousands of years. No single dramatic event created the caves. Slow, continuous process. Your child's preparation is the same slow continuous process. Not one dramatic study session creating mastery. Millimetre by millimetre - daily practice - over two years - creating the stalactite of knowledge that hangs ready for the exam.
Strict. No exceptions.

Kurnool was the capital for exactly three years - 1953 to 1956. A specific, time-bound role. Then the capital moved. The window was three years - not less, not more. These exam windows are similarly time-bound. Class 6 window is age 10-12 - a specific period. Use it while it is the window. After - the window moves elsewhere.
Cotton farmer from the Rayalaseema belt near Kurnool. Drought years are common. Has farmed through several difficult seasons.
Son in Class 4. Father said - Rayalaseema mein paani kam hai. Fasal kam hoti hai kabhi kabhi. Par mera beta ki taiyari mein koi kami nahi honi chahiye. Paani kam ho sakta hai. Mehnat kam nahi honi chahiye.
In Rayalaseema, water is scarce. Sometimes the crop is less. But there should be no shortage in my son's preparation. Water can be scarce. Effort should not be.
The Rayalaseema farmer's understanding of scarcity - applied to ensure preparation is never scarce, regardless of other resource limitations.
Sainik School Korukonda - 700 km. AP domicile. 67% seats. Two years from Class 4.
Best Sainik Coaching in Kurnool works for exactly this Rayalaseema farmer's son - preparation that does not face the scarcity the land faces.
GK - History and Geology - Former AP capital 1953-1956. Belum Caves geology. Alampur Navabrahma UNESCO-tentative. Tungabhadra-Krishna confluence. AISSEE History and Geography GK directly benefit.
Telugu - Very strong. Language section comfortable.
Math - Average. Rayalaseema agricultural and commercial families. Needs structured AISSEE work.
English - Moderate. Needs structured grammar and comprehension development. RIMC essays need dedicated practice.
Physical Fitness - Good. Rayalaseema agricultural toughness. Drought-resilient communities have genuine physical hardiness.
Reasoning - Decent. Pattern work responds after training.
Heritage GK and physical resilience are genuine advantages. English needs the focused investment.
Rayalaseema farmers face drought years regularly. They do not abandon farming because some years are hard. They adapt. They conserve. They plan for dry years even during wet ones.
That resilience - planning for difficulty, not abandoning effort when conditions are tough - is exactly the preparation mindset.
Some weeks of preparation will feel like drought - low motivation, difficult concepts, disappointing mock scores.
Rayalaseema farmers don't stop farming during drought years. They adapt and continue.
Your child doesn't stop preparing during difficult weeks. Adapt and continue.
For Class 6 entry - start in Class 4. Two full years. For Class 9 entry - start in Class 7. One year solid. For RIMC - start in Class 6. Former capital and Belum Caves GK give distinctive depth. Build English and Math.
Sainik School Korukonda at 700 km. AP domicile. 67% seats.
Kurnool. Former capital of Andhra Pradesh 1953-1956. Belum Caves second-longest subcontinent. Alampur Navabrahma temples UNESCO-tentative. Tungabhadra-Krishna confluence. Rayalaseema gateway.
Slow continuous formation. Drought resilience. Brief but significant capital history.
The exam does not ask about Belum Caves specific length or Alampur temple count or Kurnool's exact years as capital.
It asks math. English. Reasoning. GK. Speed. Accuracy.
Can your child answer correctly? With the right preparation. Yes.
Once Andhra Pradesh's capital. Now the capital of one family's officer ambition.
Start early. Work steady.
